Data is processed using secure, organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Forms are collected via Microsoft Forms, and no third-party processing tools are currently used.

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties. Data may be accessed only by members of the Amor Run Club team strictly for organizational and communication purposes.

Personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law (e.g., tax or liability obligations).

1. Acknowledgement of Risks and Voluntary Participation

I understand and accept that participation in the activities organized by Amor Run Club A.S.D., including but not limited to running sessions, races, and related events (collectively “Run Club Activities”), involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal or physical injuries (including death)

  • Property damage or loss

  • Accidents arising from my own actions or the actions/inactions of others

  • Weather conditions, terrain, hydration, or facility-related risks

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all known and unknown risks and I participate entirely at my own risk.

2. Medical Fitness Declaration

I declare that I am physically fit and have prepared adequately to participate. I confirm that I have not received contrary advice from a medical professional.

3. Waiver and Release

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Run Club Activities, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns, hereby:

  • Waive and release Amor Run Club A.S.D. and any of its sponsors, partners, organizers, volunteers, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to personal injury, property damage, or death, even if arising from their negligence;

  • Agree not to sue or pursue claims against any of the Released Parties;

  • Indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any costs, liabilities, or legal fees they may incur due to my participation.

4. Media and Data Usage Consent

I grant the Released Parties the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use my name, voice, image, quotes, and other personal content collected through photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during the events. These may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, without further consent or compensation.

I waive the right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

The Data Controller is Amor Run Club A.S.D., Via Agostino Magliani 6, Rome.

Your data (name, email, phone, signature, etc.) will be processed only for:

  • Managing participation

  • Ensuring legal and safety compliance

  • Creating marketing materials (photos, videos, etc.)

Legal Basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: Data will be kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes.
Data Transfer: No transfer of data outside the EEA is currently in place. If so, it will be protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

6. Declaration of Age and Consent

By signing this document, I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and that I understand and agree to the full content of this Release. I sign it freely and voluntarily, without inducement or coercion.
